The Short Version

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we'll make it right. Refund requests within 14 days are processed quickly and without hassle.

Most ToolGrit tools are completely free to use with no account required. Free tools are provided as-is and do not involve any financial transaction.

Paid Features & Subscriptions

For any paid Pro features, report exports, or subscription plans:

  • 14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. No questions asked.
  • After 14 Days: Refund requests after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people - if the product didn't work as advertised, we'll work with you.
  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel a subscription:

  1. Email [email protected] with your purchase details.
  2. Or use our contact form.
  3. Include the email address associated with your purchase.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or if we determine the service was used substantially before the refund request.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
