Assumptions
- The worksheet uses one manually entered production process and one shift.
- Durations are minutes except Ideal Cycle Time, which is seconds per part; counts are whole parts.
- Planned Production Time equals Shift Length minus planned off time, and Run Time equals Planned Production Time minus Stop Time.
- OEE equals Availability times Performance times Quality, with the simple OEE check using Good Count and Ideal Cycle Time.
- The input maxima are finite browser guardrails, not Vorne limits, production standards, or quality targets.
Limitations
- Does not connect to machines, PLCs, event logs, or live production telemetry.
- Does not classify stops automatically or recommend a root cause or corrective action.
- Does not establish an acceptable OEE target, certify quality, or direct a production decision.
- Does not model production forecasts, staffing plans, shift scheduling, or incoming work.
- Counts, cycle time, stop classification, and planned off time still require local review before operational use.
