How We Choose What to Recommend

Products and services mentioned on ToolGrit are selected because they are relevant to the calculations being performed, are commonly used in the relevant trade or industry, or are well-regarded by professionals who do the work.

Affiliate relationships do not influence which tools, products, or services are featured in the engineering content, guides, or calculator outputs. Recommendations are based on practical relevance and real-world use. If a product is mentioned, it is because it fits the context, not because a commission is available.
