- The visible size code is the catalog code. It is not calculated by converting the fractional tube OD to a decimal.
- Changing material changes only the material prefix. It does not change the size or body segment.
- Verified-row means the whole part number was confirmed on a Swagelok product listing. In-grammar means every segment is documented, but the exact part was not individually confirmed.
Limitations
- MS-01-140 gaugeable tube fittings only. Swagelok pipe fittings use the separate MS-01-147 catalog and a different ordering grammar.
- Metric tube sizes and non-NPT ends, including ISO/BSP, AN flare, weld, bored-through, and straight-thread forms, are out of scope.
- No pressure or temperature rating and no material compatibility or service-suitability claim is made.
